Artist Christopher Wojcik is creating a horseshore crab sculpture that will be sunk in the Atlanic Ocean as an artificial reef.
The construction phase of the project is almost complete and the reef will likely be sunk early in 2012. Read the Asbury Park Press article for the details of the project.

An important lesson to keep in mind for projects, organizations or businesses looking for local publicity, and the key to a story like the one linked above: do your research before you need the publicity.
